1. Return Eligibility

  • The return request is made within 3 days of receiving the product

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products without original packaging or tags
  • Clearance or final sale items

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you about the approval or rejection
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method or mobile banking (if applicable)

4. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Defective or damaged products
  • Wrong items delivered

Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.


5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return cost
  • If the return is for personal reasons, the customer must bear the shipping cost
