1. Return Eligibility

- The return request is made within 3 days of receiving the product
2. Non-Returnable Items

- Products without original packaging or tags
- Clearance or final sale items
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We will notify you about the approval or rejection
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method or mobile banking (if applicable)
4. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for:
- Defective or damaged products
- Wrong items delivered
Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
5. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return cost
- If the return is for personal reasons, the customer must bear the shipping cost
