1. How do I place an order?

You can place an order directly on our website by selecting your desired product, clicking the “Order Now” button, and filling in your delivery details.


2. What payment methods do you accept?

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Mobile Banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket)
  • Online Payments (if available)

3. How long does delivery take?

  • Inside Dhaka: 1–3 business days
  • Outside Dhaka: 2–5 business days

Delivery time may vary depending on location and courier service.


4. Do you offer home delivery?

Yes, we provide home delivery all over Bangladesh.


5. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.


6. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.


7. How can I return a product?

To return a product, contact our support team with your order details. The product must be unused and in original packaging.


8. When will I get my refund?
